Merritt Environmental Consulting Corp. (MECC) provides Environmental consulting expertise to the real estate industry. Our firm incorporates the latest technologies to determine the potential impact of environmental issues during the “due diligence” phase of a real estate transaction. We then review database reports, historical maps and other resources available to determine if any Recognized Environmental Conditions (REC’s) exist.
